Job summary

IDT Corporation / National Retail Solutions (NRS) is seeking a hybrid Retail Account Manager to grow revenue in our territory by selling NRS POS, merchant services, and cash advances while managing traditional Boss Revolution products.

You will visit stores weekly, open new doors, onboard customers, and provide light tech support. A bilingual English/Spanish background is preferred; 1–2 years in retail or outside sales; a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily are required.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS Product Sales: Prospect, pitch, and close sales for NRS POS devices, Merchant Services, and Cash Advances to new and existing retail accounts.
• Manage an Assigned Route: Develop and execute a weekly cycle to visit retail stores on a regular basis, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Open New Retail Doors: Actively prospect and go door-to-door to expand IDT and NRS presence in your territory.
• Onboard & Support Customers: Drive the merchant application process, help store owners understand how to use our services effectively, and provide light troubleshooting/tech support on equipment.
• Handle Operations & Inventory: Manage sales, cash/payment collections, and telecom card inventory using IDT's accounting system.
