Job summary

IDT's Retail division is seeking a hybrid Retail Account Manager (RAM) to grow the National Retail Solutions portfolio while managing existing products like Boss Revolution in the assigned territory. You will visit stores weekly, prospect door-to-door, onboard merchants, and support customers with POS and payment services.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail or outside sales, are bilingual in English/Spanish, own a valid driver's license, and are comfortable with tech tools (CRM, MS

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail or outside sales or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Tech savvy with MS Office, CRM tools, tablets and Bluetooth equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales through POS, merchant services and cash advances.
• Manage an assigned route with regular store visits and upsell opportunities.
• Open new retail doors to expand IDT and NRS presence.
• Onboard and support customers through merchant applications and light tech support.
• Handle operations and inventory using IDT's accounting system.
