Job summary

Toast is expanding its Toast Retail platform by hiring a Retail Account Executive. You will join a founding team to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops in an assigned territory. Use a consultative approach and deliver customized solutions to help customers thrive.

You will travel ~25%+, demonstrate products, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery meets expectations while leveraging Salesforce to track all activities.

Qualifications

• Track record of meeting and exceeding goals.

• Willing to travel 25% or more.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, build relationships, and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops.
• Generate lists of prospects and manage full sales cycle from call to close.
• Conduct product demos and tailor solutions to each prospect’s needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery meets expectations.
• Leverage Salesforce to manage all sales activities.
• Analyze competition and position Toast effectively in the market.
