Job summary

Toast is expanding its offerings into new verticals and seeks a Retail Account Executive to join a founding team. You will prospect, build relationships, and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops using a consultative approach.

Travel up to 25% is expected. You will demo solutions, tailor the Toast Retail platform to each prospect’s needs, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, build relationships, and sign up new convenience stores, grocery stores, and bottle shops.
• Generate lists of prospective accounts and manage the full sales cycle from initial call to close.
• Conduct demos and tailor a solution that meets the prospect’s needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery aligns with sales commitments.
• Leverage Salesforce to manage all sales activities.
• Understand the competitive landscape and position Toast effectively.
