IDT Corporation’s National Retail Solutions (NRS) Retail division seeks a driven Retail Account Manager in a hybrid role. You will grow revenue by selling NRS POS, merchant services, and cash advances while managing existing telecom and financial services products within your territory.

Responsibilities include visiting stores weekly, opening new doors, supporting merchant onboarding, and handling payments and inventory.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to support a diverse customer base.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable car, and willingness to travel door-to-door within territory daily.
• Comfortable using basic MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Drive NRS Product Sales: Prospect, pitch, and close sales for NRS POS devices, Merchant Services, and Cash Advances to retail accounts.
• Manage an Assigned Route: visit stores weekly to maintain high customer satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Open New Retail Doors: prospect and go door-to-door to expand IDT and NRS presence in territory.
• Onboard & Support Customers: drive merchant applications, explain service usage, and provide light troubleshooting on equipment.
• Handle Operations & Inventory: manage sales, cash collections, and telecom card inventory in IDT’s system.
