Job summary

IDT Corporation is seeking a hybrid Retail Account Manager to drive growth for the National Retail Solutions portfolio. You will prospect, pitch, and close NRS POS, merchant services, and cash advances while managing an assigned territory and expanding IDT’s presence.

In this role, you’ll onboard customers, guide them through the merchant application process, and provide light tech support. A reliable vehicle and bilingual English/Spanish are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred to support diverse customers.
• Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and daily territory travel.
• Proficient with basic MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth equipment.
• Strong presentation skills, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS product sales for POS, merchant services, and cash advances.
• Manage an assigned route with regular store visits and upsell opportunities.
• Open new retail doors by prospecting and door-to-door outreach.
• Onboard and support customers through the merchant application process.
• Handle operations and inventory using IDT's accounting system.
