Zusammenfassung

IDT Corporation / National Retail Solutions (NRS) is seeking a hybrid Retail Account Manager to grow our NRS POS, Merchant Services, and Cash Advances while also managing traditional Boss Revolution products within a territory.

You will visit retailers, open new doors, onboard customers, and handle inventory and payments using IDT's systems, requiring 1–2 years of sales experience, bilingual English/Spanish, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with CRM tools and MS Office.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles; prior exposure to Merchant Services, POS implementation, or route sales is a major plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred to support diverse customer base.
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable car, and willingness to travel daily in territory.
• Proficient with MS Office, CRM tools, tablets, and Bluetooth equipment.

Aufgaben

• Drive NRS Product Sales: Prospect, pitch, and close sales for NRS POS devices, Merchant Services, and Cash Advances to retail accounts.
• Manage an Assigned Route: Visit stores weekly to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
• Open New Retail Doors: Prospect and door-to-door expansion of IDT and NRS presence in territory.
• Onboard & Support Customers: Drive merchant applications, onboarding, and light tech support.
• Handle Operations & Inventory: Manage sales, cash collections, and telecom card inventory in IDT system.
