Job summary

IDT Corporation / National Retail Solutions (NRS) in the United States seeks a hybrid Retail Account Manager to grow sales through NRS POS, merchant services, and cash advances while managing traditional Boss Revolution telecom products. The role combines direct sales with ongoing account management across a designated territory.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in retail/outside sales, bilingual English/Spanish, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Prior exposure to Merchant Services, POS implementation, or route sales is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive NRS Product Sales: Prospect, pitch, and close sales for NRS POS devices, Merchant Services, and Cash Advances.
• Manage an Assigned Route: Develop and execute a weekly cycle to visit retail stores regularly and identify upsell opportunities.
• Open New Retail Doors: Prospect and door-to-door expand IDT and NRS presence in the territory.
• Onboard & Support Customers: Drive merchant application process and provide light troubleshooting/tech support.
• Handle Operations & Inventory: Manage sales, cash collections, and telecom card inventory using IDT's system.
