Pape’ Rents, the premier equipment dealer in the West, is looking for a Rental Territory Manager in Phoenix, AZ. You will focus on selling and renting short-term and long-term equipment, building market share in your defined territory, and creating relationships with new and current customers.

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales experience in rental equipment preferred.
• Financing background preferred.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Experience operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sell and rent short-term and long-term equipment to build market share.
• Develop relationships with new and current customers within the territory.
• Drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain knowledge of equipment and rental terms.
• Adhere to safety and company policies.
