Job summary

Pape’ Rents in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Rental Territory Manager to drive sales and rental growth in the local territory. You will focus on short- and long-term equipment rentals, building strong client relationships and expanding market share within your defined area.

The role offers a base salary plus commission with opportunities for advancement in a premier West Coast equipment dealer network. A valid driver’s license and experience with rental equipment are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years of sales experience, preferably in rental equipment.
• Financing background is preferred.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Sell and rent short- and long-term equipment within your territory.
• Build market share by creating relationships with new and existing customers.
• Drive a company vehicle within territory and meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill orders and service.
