Pape’ Rents, the premier equipment dealer in the West, seeks a Rental Territory Manager in Phoenix, AZ to drive sales and rental growth in the territory. You will build relationships with new and existing customers, promote short- and long-term rentals, and contribute to market share expansion.

The role emphasizes competitive drive, strong communication, and a successful track record in sales—plus a valid driver’s license and experience operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment rentals.
• Financing background preferred.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Experience operating equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell/rent short-term and long-term equipment in the assigned territory.
• Build and expand market share within Phoenix, AZ.
• Develop relationships with new and current customers.
• Drive a company sales vehicle within the defined territory.
• Represent Pape’ with professionalism and integrity.
