Job summary

Pape’ Rents in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Rental Territory Manager to drive sales and rental growth in your defined territory. You will focus on short-term and long-term equipment rentals, build relationships with new and existing customers, and contribute to market share expansion.

The role offers a salary plus commission structure with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement within a long-standing West Coast equipment dealer.

Qualifications

• 5 years previous sales experience and knowledge of rental equipment preferred.
• Financing background preferred.
• Excellent customer relations skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Experience operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sell/rent short-term and long-term equipment rentals and build market share in the territory.
• Develop relationships with new and current customers and drive territory growth.
• Achieve sales targets through prospecting, consultative selling, and effective follow-up.
