Luye Pharma USA Ltd seeks a Psychiatric Account Manager to build relationships with key experts and healthcare institutions in the Los Angeles area, including Pasadena and surrounding locales. You will drive engagement with CMHCs, hospitals, and IDNs, coordinate cross-functional support, and deliver product presentations to clinicians as part of a strategic account plan.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Healthcare industries.
• Psychiatric experience required with working knowledge of Schizophrenia strongly preferred.
• CMHC account management and/or Hospital/Institutional experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and drive relationships with target institutions and community accounts, including key influencers and decision makers.
• Excel in a matrixed selling environment through cross-functional collaboration with Account Partners, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Partner with field colleagues to provide cross-functional support for customers within the geography and execute pull-through strategies.
• Identify key influencers and achieve interaction expectations with top target customers.
• Use data tools and other sources to inform strategies and business decisions.
• Deliver clinical brand specific presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Plan and organize activities to maintain regular territory coverage according to a plan of action.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Execute the company brand strategy and participate in training programs.
