Luye Pharma USA Ltd. is seeking a Psychiatric Account Manager to build relationships with recognized experts and prioritized stakeholders in the Atlanta area, including CMHCs, hospitals, and IDNs.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration and develop pull-through strategies with field colleagues across a defined geography. You will deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals, expand product knowledge, and manage territory budgets while ensuring timely

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals.
• Psychiatric experience required; schizophrenia knowledge strongly preferred.
• CMHC account management and/or Hospital/Institutional experience preferred.
• Established relationships in the geography preferred.
• Knowledge of formulary approval process and driving formulary approvals preferred.
• Must live near territory boundaries.
• Proven track record of success in a high science competitive selling environment.
• Strong communication, analytics and account management skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and drive the relationship with target institutions and community accounts, including establishing and maintaining positive relationships with key influencers and decision makers within the accounts.
• Achieve success in a complex, matrixed selling environment with collaboration across cross-functional partners.
• Develop a strong partnership with field-based colleagues to support customers within the territory.
• Identify key influencers and achieve designated interaction expectations with top customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies for business decisions.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and build relationships in institutions aligned with customer segmentation.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular coverage of the territory.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and health care professionals.
• Develop deep product and competitor knowledge and local market trends.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute brand strategy within the assigned geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Maintain adherence to policies and procedures.
