Luye Pharma seeks a Psychiatric Account Manager to lead relationships with key stakeholders across community mental health clinics and hospital systems in Manhattan and surrounding areas. You will drive account-based selling, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver clinical presentations to healthcare professionals.

The role requires psychiatric experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently within a defined geography while managing budgets and plan execution.

Qualificações

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of direct selling to healthcare professionals.
• Psychiatric experience and CMHC/hospital familiarity preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with key influencers and decision makers within CMHCs and hospital systems.
• Succeed in a matrixed selling environment with cross-functional support from Account Partners, Market Access, Medical, Marketing and Operations.
• Develop territory plans and execute pull-through strategies in a defined geography.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
