Job summary

Luye Pharma seeks a Psychiatric Account Manager to build relationships with key healthcare decision makers across an assigned U.S. territory including major cities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and field colleagues to execute pull-through strategies and deliver brand presentations to physicians and clinicians. Successful candidates have 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales, psychiatric market experience, and strong communication and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals.
• Psychiatric experience required; schizophrenia knowledge preferred.
• CMHC and/or Hospital/Institutional account management experience preferred.
• Established relationships within the geography are strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of formulary approvals is a plus.
• Must live near territory boundaries.
• Proven track record in high science competitive selling environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive relationships with target institutions and community accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Mkt, Medical, Ops) to support customers.
• Partner with field colleagues to ensure cross-functional support and pull-through strategies.
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction expectations with top customers.
• Use data and insights to guide sales strategies and decisions.
• Deliver product presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage per action plan.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing.
• Complete administrative tasks promptly and adhere to policies.
