Job summary

Luye Pharma USA Ltd. is seeking a Psychiatric Account Manager to establish and strengthen relationships with key healthcare accounts in Massachusetts and surrounding areas.

You will drive collaboration with field teams and other specialists to optimize pull-through strategies and deliver product presentations to clinicians. The role requires 5+ years of healthcare sales experience, psychiatric proficiency, and the ability to navigate complex, matrixed selling environments while maintaining

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in pharma/biotech
• Psychiatric experience preferred; knowledge of schizophrenia beneficial
• CMHC or hospital/institutional account management experience preferred
• Established relationships in the geography preferred
• Knowledge of formulary approvals and driving formulary inclusion preferred
• Must live near territory boundaries
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Strong communication and analytical skills to support account management

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive relationships with target institutions and community accounts.
• Collaborate with field-based and cross-functional partners to support customers.
• Deliver product presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Plan and organize activity to ensure consistent territory coverage.
