Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals.
• Psychiatric experience required; schizophrenia knowledge strongly preferred.
• CMHC/account/hospital or institutional experience preferred.
• Must live near territory; established relationships preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive relationships with target institutions and community accounts, including influencers and decision makers.
• Succeed in a matrixed selling environment with cross-functional partners (Account Partners, Market Access, Medical, Marketing, Operations).
• Collaborate with field-based colleagues to ensure cross-functional support and pull-through strategies.
• Identify key influencers and achieve interaction expectations within top target customers.
• Use data tools and insights to determine strategies and tactics for decision-making.
• Demonstrate account-based selling skills and build relationships in institutions aligned with customer segmentation.
• Plan activities to ensure regular territory coverage according to a plan of action.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and other health care professionals.
• Develop deep product and competitor knowledge and understand local market trends.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Execute the brand strategy within the assigned geographic area.
• Participate in training and development programs.
• Maintain adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
