Formación

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 5+ years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals.
• Psychiatric experience required; schizophrenia knowledge preferred.
• CMHC/hospital/institutional account management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with target institutions and community accounts.
• Navigate a complex, matrixed selling environment with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with field-based colleagues to support customers in a defined geography.
• Identify key influencers and meet interaction targets in top accounts.
• Use data sources to shape strategies and decision-making.
