Job summary

Alpine, an ITW company, seeks a Product Solutions Consultant to help customers adopt and optimize Alpine software while translating market needs into product requirements. The role blends software consulting and product management responsibilities within a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate will build trusted customer relationships, understand plant operations, and drive productivity improvements through software enhancements and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field; MBA or advanced product training is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in construction technology, component manufacturing, or related fields.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Experience with software implementation and customer training.
• Experience contributing to Agile software product development; familiarity with Scrum and SAFe is preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to help them get the most value from Alpine software and improve operations.
• Provide software demonstrations, technical assistance, and subject matter expertise.
• Partner with Sales on priorities, prospect evaluations, and territory growth opportunities.
• Evaluate plant operations to determine productivity improvements and reduced paperwork.
• Manage technical implementation projects from installation to training and go-live support.
• Serve as the territory software expert for escalated customer requests.
• Introduce customers to new features and support adoption of enhancements.
• Translate customer and market needs into clear themes, epics, user stories, and product requests.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to align goals.
• Provide detailed specifications and end-user context to development teams.
• Act as a product ambassador and communicate release value and customer impact.
• Support successful product releases by validating features and preparing field-facing guidance.
