Job summary

Alpine, an ITW company, seeks a Product Solutions Consultant to drive adoption, optimization, and expansion of Alpine software. The role blends software consulting, training, and collaboration with product, engineering, and sales teams to deliver value for customers across a defined territory.

The candidate will translate market needs into product input, support roadmaps, and ensure successful software releases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field preferred.
• MBA or advanced product/business training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers within an assigned territory to maximize value from Alpine software.
• Maintain existing customer relationships and support new opportunities with demonstrations, technical assistance, and SME insights.
• Collaborate with Sales on priorities, evaluations, new account growth, and territory expansion.
• Evaluate plant operations to increase productivity and reduce paperwork.
• Manage technical implementation projects including installation and go-live support.
