Job summary

Alpine, an ITW Company, is seeking a Product Solutions Consultant in a hybrid role to help customers adopt, optimize, and expand Alpine software. The role blends software consulting (demonstrations, implementation, training, and territory support) with product management (translating market needs into requirements and backlogs) to drive successful releases.

The ideal candidate understands plant operations and communicates clearly with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced product training is a plus.
• 3+ years in construction tech, software consulting, product management, or related field.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Experience with software implementation and customer training preferred.
• Experience in construction/building components industry preferred.
• Experience in Agile software product development; familiarity with backlog and user stories.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to maximize value from Alpine software and improve operations.
• Demonstrate software, provide technical assistance, and support territory growth.
• Collaborate with Sales on priorities, evaluations, and new accounts.
• Translate customer and market needs into product requirements and backlog items.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and Sales to deliver releases.
• Guide technical implementation projects from installation to go-live and support.
