Job summary

Alpine, an ITW company, is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy and commercial performance of our software and equipment products. You will own product P&L, drive growth, and align direction with market opportunities, leveraging insights to deliver value-driven solutions.

In this role you’ll partner with Product Owners, enable GTM execution, and collaborate across engineering, sales, marketing, and support in an Agile environment. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
• 6+ years’ experience as a Product Owner with a development team.
• Experience managing product strategy and roadmaps.
• Familiarity with customer-driven innovation or stage-gate frameworks.
• Experience delivering software product management in Agile environments (Scrum/SAFe).

Responsibilities

• Define and own long-term product vision and multi-year roadmaps.
• Lead go-to-market strategies and enable sales with training.
• Own product P&L and drive revenue growth and ROI.
• Engage with customers, analysts, and cross-functional teams.
• Translate business strategy into clear direction for delivery teams.
