Job summary

Alpine, an ITW company, seeks a Product Solutions Consultant to help customers adopt, optimize, and expand Alpine software while voicing customer needs to product teams. The role blends software consulting with product management, focusing on demonstrations, training, and implementation.

You will translate market needs into product requirements and support roadmaps, working with Engineering, Sales, and Ops to deliver successful releases. Domestic travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred; MBA or advanced product/business training is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in construction technology, component manufacturing, software consulting or related fields.
• Ability to travel ~50% of the time.
• Experience with Agile product development; familiarity with Scrum, SAFe, backlogs, user stories, and release planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers within an assigned territory to maximize value from Alpine software and improve operations.
• Provide software demonstrations, technical assistance, and subject-matter expertise to maintain relationships and nurture new business.
• Collaborate with Sales on priorities, evaluations, new accounts, and territory growth opportunities.
• Assess plant operations to drive productivity, reduce paperwork, and enhance workflow efficiency.
• Oversee technical implementation projects: installation, training, go-live support, and transition to Help Desk.
• Serve as the territory software expert for escalated customer requests.
• Translate customer/territory requirements into clear product input (themes, epics, stories).
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to align goals.
