Job summary

Alpine, an ITW company, seeks a Product Manager to lead strategy and drive the commercial performance of a software and equipment product portfolio. You will partner with Product Owners to ensure execution, own the product P&L, and align direction with market opportunities while leveraging customer and market insights in an Agile setting.

Success requires strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence, lead, and collaborate across teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years’ experience as a Product Owner with a development team.
• Experience in product management with ownership of strategy and roadmaps.
• CSPO certification is preferred.
• Experience leading software product development in an Agile environment (Scrum/SAFe).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Define and own long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead GTM strategies and enable sales with training.
• Own product P&L and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations.
• Translate business strategy into product direction for delivery teams.
