Job summary

Alpine, an ITW company, is seeking a Product Manager to lead strategy and commercial performance for software and equipment products. You will own the product P&L, drive growth, and align product direction with business goals and market opportunities.

Using customer and market insights, you will define value-driven solutions, support go-to-market execution, and partner across teams in an Agile environment. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a comparable discipline; MBA is a plus.
• 6+ years’ experience working as a Product Owner with a development team.
• Experience in product management with ownership of product strategy and product roadmaps.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap across product lines (e.g., IntelliVIEW, eShop, Equipment Software).
• Lead GTM strategies for each product category and enable sales through training on positioning and differentiation.
• Own product-level P&L, monitor metrics, and drive ROI.
• Lead market analyses including trends, competition, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations to execute.
