Job summary

Alpine, an ITW Company, in the United States seeks a Product Solutions Consultant who will balance customer demonstrations, implementation, and training with translating market needs into product requirements. The role includes collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Support, Marketing, and Operations to deliver successful software releases.

A strong advisory presence and relationship building with customer leaders are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; MBA or advanced product/business training a plus.
• 3+ years in construction technology, component manufacturing, software consulting, product management, or related field.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time.
• Experience with software implementation and customer training preferred.
• Experience in the truss/building components/construction software industry preferred.
• Experience interacting with customers in service/consulting roles.
• Experience with Agile software development; familiarity with Scrum, SAFe, backlogs, user stories, and release planning preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, energetic, independent, results-driven, and able to work autonomously in a cross-functional team.
• Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
• Valid driver license with good driving record for territory travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers within an assigned territory to maximize value from Alpine software and improve operations.
• Maintain relationships and support new opportunities with demonstrations, technical assistance, and SME expertise.
• Collaborate with Sales on priorities, evaluations, acquisitions, and territory growth.
• Evaluate plant operations to boost productivity and reduce paperwork.
• Manage technical implementation projects: installation coordination, training, go-live support, and transition to Help Desk.
• Serve as territory software expert for escalated customer requests.
• Introduce new features, explain release value, and support adoption.
• Build rapport with customer leadership, designers, estimators, production teams, and other users.
• Translate requirements into themes, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product enhancement requests.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Solutions Delivery to align needs with goals.
• Clarify scope and outcomes with technical leads for development cycles.
• Provide detailed specifications and context to help developers envision the product.
• Act as a product ambassador and communicate direction and impact.
• Support releases by validating features, communicating changes, and gathering feedback.
