Herc Rentals is seeking a ProSolutions Sales Representative in Knightdale, NC to drive revenue within a designated territory. You will build relationships, present customized pump, power and climate control solutions, and coordinate with operations to meet customer needs.

The role requires 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in equipment rental, with a pay range of $75k–$85k+ in the first year plus uncapped commission and benefits. The company offers strong compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience required.
• Experience in equipment rental, pump, power and climate control markets is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management to acquire new accounts and meet rental revenue goals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to hit targets.
• Identify customer needs and coordinate with operations to fulfill them.
• Understand market conditions and adjust pricing strategies to maximize opportunities.
• Present capabilities and CTA to customer decision-makers and educate on equipment.
