Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. in Memphis, TN seeks a Professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to drive territory growth and promote client products to physicians and healthcare professionals.

You will partner with a major pharmaceutical client and manage an assigned territory, delivering planned sales activities and building enduring relationships. The role requires at least 2 years of pharmaceutical or related sales experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel including

Qualifications

• 2 years’ pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or business-to-business sales experience
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client’s products to targeted physicians and healthcare professionals in territory and develop a territory business plan to influence prescribing decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers in the territory to enhance loyalty and strengthen the client’s brands
• Utilize defined selling model to obtain maximum commitment from customers on every call and improve territory engagement results
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult with physicians and tailor discussions to their needs
