Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a field-based Sales Specialist to cover an assigned territory in the United States. You will partner with a leading pharmaceutical client to promote products and influence prescribing decisions.

The role requires building relationships with physicians, leveraging clinical data and managed care insight, and traveling as needed. A Bachelor's degree and 2 years of pharma/medical sales experience, plus a valid driver's license, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years' pharmaceutical/medical device sales or B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel (overnights/weekends).
• Must live within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client's products to physicians and HCPs in territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships to enhance brand loyalty and prescribing decisions.
• Utilize selling model to maximize commitment on every call.
• Leverage clinical studies and managed care knowledge to tailor discussions.
