Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a driven sales professional to join a nationwide team, managing an assigned territory and promoting client products to physicians and healthcare professionals.

You will develop a territory business plan, build influential relationships, and leverage clinical and managed care knowledge to tailor discussions and maximize physician commitment. This role requires travel, alignment to territory boundaries, and a track record of sales success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of pharmaceutical/medical device/medical diagnostics or B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client's products to physicians and healthcare professionals in territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships to enhance loyalty and brand presence.
• Utilize defined selling model to maximize commitment on every call and drive territory engagement.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult with physicians and tailor discussions.
