Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a results-driven sales professional to join a nationwide team and manage an assigned territory. You will partner with a leading pharmaceutical client and develop a territory business plan to influence prescribing decisions.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, 2 years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel including overnights and weekends; you must live within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2 years’ pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.
• Must live within territory or territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client’s products to physicians and healthcare professionals in territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance loyalty and product adoption.
• Utilize defined selling model to maximize customer engagement on every call.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to tailor discussions for physicians.
