Job summary

Syneos Health, in partnership with a large Biopharmaceutical company, seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to build relationships with physicians, HCPs, and key stakeholders in a defined territory. You will develop and execute an integrated territory business plan to maximize sales and ensure compliant, ethical engagement.

The successful PSR will deliver product presentations, stay abreast of disease states and market trends, manage territory budgets, and leverage digital engagement tools

Qualifications

BA/BS degree; Life Sciences preferred.
2+ years pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience.
Ability to identify key decision makers and influence prescribing habits.
Proven track record of exceeding results.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed targeted sales goals in assigned territory.
Develop, implement, and execute an integrated territory business plan.
Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and other health care professionals.
Identify key influencers and top target customers.
Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage.
Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
