Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to build relationships with physicians, healthcare providers and key stakeholders in the assigned territory. The role focuses on achieving sales goals through a defined territory plan and regular coverage with top accounts.

The successful candidate will present clinical brand information, understand the healthcare delivery system, and leverage digital tools to enhance customer engagement while maintaining compliance with company

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required, Life Sciences preferred.
2+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience or related internship.
Ability to identify key decision makers and influence prescribing habits.
Strong communication, analytics and account management skills.
Comfort with adopting innovative technologies, including AI, to drive performance.

Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory with a comprehensive territory plan.
Deliver product presentations to physicians and health care professionals.
Develop understanding of the health care delivery system within each customer.
Plan coverage of the territory to ensure consistent account engagement.
Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
Maintain compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
