Job summary

Syneos Health in Union, NJ is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to build relationships with physicians, HCPs and prioritized stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. The PSR role is responsible for maximizing sales through an integrated territory business plan and strategic account management.

You will deliver clinical brand presentations, analyze local market trends, and use AI-driven insights to tailor engagement with customers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• Experience in business-to-business sales or pharmaceutical exposure.
• Ability to identify decision makers and influence prescribing habits.
• Strong communication, analytics and account management skills.
• Willingness to learn and apply AI-driven and digital engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed sales goals in assigned territory via an integrated business plan.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage.
• Develop understanding of healthcare delivery systems and key personnel.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Leverage AI insights and digital tools to personalize interactions.
• Coordinate with sales, brand teams and support partners to maximize outcomes.
