Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in Newark, NJ, is seeking a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PSR) to build relationships with physicians, HCPs and key stakeholders while delivering clinical brand presentations and territory plans.

You will manage a defined territory, exceed sales targets, and use AI-driven insights and digital engagement tools to tailor interactions, collaborating with brand teams, and ensuring compliant, high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience.
• Ability to identify key decision makers, build relationships, and influence prescribing.
• Ability to learn, apply, and communicate products and disease states.
• Proven track record of exceeding results.
• Team player who can also work independently, collaborative and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales goals by developing and executing a territory business plan.
• Identify key influencers and engage top target customers.
• Plan and organize activities for regular territory coverage.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and healthcare professionals.
• Develop understanding of the healthcare delivery system within each account.
• Collaborate with sales, brand and support teams to drive customer experience.
• Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks in a timely manner.
• Leverage AI-driven insights and digital tools to personalize interactions.
