Job summary

Syneos Health in partnership with a large Biopharmaceutical company seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for a fast-paced, customer-focused role in New Jersey. You will build relationships with physicians, HCPs, and key influencers, execute territory business plans, and deliver clinical brand presentations.

You will analyze local market trends, collaborate with brand teams, manage the territory budget, and adhere to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
• 2+ years in pharma sales or internship experience; strong selling skills.
• Ability to identify decision makers and influence prescribing behavior.
• Strong communication, analytics and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals within assigned territory.
• Develop and execute an integrated territory business plan.
• Deliver clinical brand presentations to physicians and HCPs.
• Analyze local market trends and adjust strategy.
• Collaborate with sales, brand, and support partners to deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Manage territory budget and complete administrative tasks.
