Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a pharmaceutical sales professional to join a nationwide team in managing an assigned territory. You will proactively promote client products to physicians and healthcare professionals while developing a territory business plan and relationships that boost brand loyalty.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of relevant sales experience, and the ability to travel including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2 years' pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.
• Must live within the territory or territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client's products to physicians and healthcare professionals in territory and develop a territory business plan.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance company and product loyalty.
• Utilize the defined selling model to maximize commitment from customers on every call.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult, influence and maintain customer relationships.
