Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a driven pharmaceutical sales professional to join a nationwide team. This role develops and manages an assigned territory and partners with one of Syneos Health's long-term clients to influence prescribing decisions and grow brand loyalty.

Essential requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of pharma or related sales experience, plus the ability to travel, including overnights and weekends. A strong track record is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or B2B sales experience.
• Must travel as necessary, including overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Promote client's products to targeted physicians and healthcare professionals in the territory and develop a territory business plan.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance loyalty and brand recognition.
• Use defined selling model to maximize customer commitment on every call.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult and tailor discussions.
