Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a driven pharmaceutical sales professional to join a nationwide team, managing an assigned territory. You will partner with a leading client and work to influence prescribing decisions through proactive product promotion and territory planning.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2 years of relevant sales experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years' pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights and weekends.
• Must live within territory or territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client's products to physicians and healthcare professionals in territory and develop a territory business plan.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance loyalty and brand impact.
• Utilize the defined selling model to obtain maximum commitment on every call and improve territory engagement.
• Leverage knowledge of clinical studies and managed care to tailor discussions to physician needs.
