Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a high-energy sales professional to drive growth across a designated U.S. territory.

You will partner with a leading pharmaceutical client, promoting products to physicians and healthcare professionals while crafting a territory business plan that influences prescribing decisions. Essential requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of relevant sales experience, and a valid driver's license with willingness to travel, including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years pharma/medical sales or B2B sales experience required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel including overnights/weekends.
• Must live within the territory or boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and promote client's products to physicians and healthcare professionals in the territory and develop a territory business plan.
• Develop and maintain influential customer relationships to enhance brands and loyalty.
• Use defined selling model to maximize commitment on every call.
• Leverage knowledge of clinical studies and managed care to tailor discussions for physician needs.
