Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions in the United States is seeking a territory-focused sales professional to join a nationwide team. You will develop and manage an assigned territory, promote client products to physicians and healthcare professionals, and collaborate with a leading pharmaceutical client to influence prescribing decisions.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and about two years of pharma or related sales experience, plus travel including overnights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years’ pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or B2B sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel, including overnights and/or weekends.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
• Desired disease state experience (respiratory, immunology, diabetes, etc.).
• Documented history and proven track record of sales success.

Responsibilities

• Promote client’s products to physicians in territory and develop a territory business plan to influence prescribing decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers in the territory to enhance company and/or product loyalty.
• Utilize defined selling model by obtaining maximum commitment from customers on every call to impact territory engagement results.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to consult, influence and maintain customer relationships. Tailor discussions with physicians based on their needs.
