Job summary

Syneos Health seeks a driven pharmaceutical sales professional to join a nationwide team in an assigned Texas territory. You will promote products to physicians and healthcare professionals, build influential relationships, and develop a territory business plan to influence prescribing decisions.

You will leverage clinical study knowledge and managed care insights to customize discussions and maximize impact, with travel including overnights and weekends as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years' pharmaceutical, medical device, medical diagnostic sales or B2B sales experience expected.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including overnights/weekends.
• Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Proactively demonstrate and promote client's products to targeted and non-targeted physicians and healthcare professionals in territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with influential customers to enhance product loyalty and influence prescribing decisions.
• Use defined selling model to maximize customer commitment on every call and drive territory engagement.
• Leverage understanding of clinical studies and managed care to tailor discussions to physicians' needs.
