Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop assigned accounts and provide parts and service to meet customer needs.
• Develop e-commerce and other business opportunities for all assigned accounts, provide quotes and close sales.
• Forecast growth potential by understanding territory and past sales volume.
• Introduce Hawthorne’s parts and service capabilities to customers and market campaigns.
• Create business plans for assigned territory or customers.
• Make routine sales calls and provide timely, accurate proposals for parts and service.
• Assist customers in selecting programs to maximize equipment life cycle.
• Build competitive intelligence by analyzing competitors in the territory.
• Coordinate between customers and departments to deliver the best service.
