Job summary

The Kendall Group in the United States is seeking an Outside Sales Technical Specialist to manage a Midwest territory, drive revenue, and build strong relationships with manufacturers and customers. You will operate within a sales team, pursuing new clients and expanding market share.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role requires at least 1 year of outside sales experience, a bachelor\'s degree or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel across several Midwest states is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree, technical degree, or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) and ability to learn new software.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Manage, grow, strategize, and support the assigned territory.
• Work with an established team covering multiple states in the Midwest.
• Generate profitable orders and meet or exceed annual sales targets.
• Seek out new clients to expand the territory.
• Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and customers.
• Analyze field activities and drive productivity and efficiency.
• Follow up on quotations to maximize sales and close opportunities.
• Understand client base, territory, competition, and market.
