Job summary

The Kendall Group, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Technical Specialist to drive growth in the assigned Midwest territory. You will manage customer relationships, prospect for new clients, and negotiate contracts while meeting sales and margin targets.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will operate across direct contact channels and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with a focus on profitable orders and productive field activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or technical degree, or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience preferred.
• Experience with process control instruments and core markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the assigned territory across multiple states in the Midwest market.
• Generate profitable orders and meet or exceed annual sales targets.
• Prospect for new customers and expand the territory.
• Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and customers.
• Analyze field activities and improve productivity and efficiency.
