Alleviation Enterprise seeks an entry-level outside direct sales professional to cover a dedicated territory. You will train to promote top supplemental insurance products to businesses and employees, meeting owners and decision-makers, and occasionally presenting to groups of 50–100+.

You’ll use Salesforce to manage leads, respond to inquiries, and schedule client meetings. The role emphasizes relationship-building, consistent weekly planning, and achievement of monthly/quarterly targets, with

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; prior sales experience not required.
• Must be dedicated to helping people and overcoming challenges.
• Willingness to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license or already licensed.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce to generate leads and build a client network.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit businesses to develop relationships with owners and decision-makers.
• Build and grow your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to the manager.
• Record daily sales activity and results.
