Job summary

Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an ambitious, entry-level outside sales professional to cover a dedicated territory. You will promote supplemental insurance products to business owners, benefits managers, and employees, with occasional group presentations.

Training is provided, prior sales experience is not required, and a strong focus on client relationships, resilience, and adaptability is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license (or willing to obtain with training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; flexibility considered for related sales background.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with the sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals, and re-service clients.
• Build and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to weekly schedule; report hours to the team.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
