Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an motivated, entry‑level Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in our local market. You will receive extensive training and support to excel in selling supplemental insurance solutions to small and medium businesses and their workforce.

You will manage a mix of one‑on‑one meetings and group presentations, build a client portfolio, and plan weekly schedules while achieving monthly and quarterly targets with guidance from your sales manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post‑high school work experience with relevant sales background.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your client base in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text as needed.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals.
• Develop and manage your own client portfolio; hit targets.
• Set monthly/quarterly sales targets with your manager.
• Plan weekly schedule and report it to your manager; track activity daily.
