You will receive comprehensive training, build a client portfolio, and manage your own schedule across multiple territories with a focus on both one-on-one and group presentations.

Qualifications

• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided at no cost and licensing fees reimbursed).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years post-high school work experience (sales or athletic background acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and grow your network within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager.
• Visit new businesses, build relationships with owners, and re-service existing clients.
• Develop and nurture your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it to your manager.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity.
